30 Days Money back Guarantee.

If you are not happy with your lamp or even just want a refund, you can send the item back in original packaging within the 30 days period.

No Hassle, Simple, Easy!

We can offer an exchange a refund or credit.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you can still send the items back in original packaging. If you require an exchange we will charge additional postage cost to send the exchange out. If you require a refund we need to deduct the postage cost (min. £2.99) from the refund even if your postage cost was free.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or not in its original undamaged packing.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only credited.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend to use www.parcel2go.com parcel delivery service.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund / exchange will be processed. If you requested a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you requested an exchange we will send you a required exchange according to your request.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are damaged during transportation or they are got defective within the warranty period.

In some cases we may ask you to send the parcel to a different return address.

We offer a free shipping service for 1 year after the original purchase date, to provide a hassle free experience.

If the item warranty period within the first year we may send you a prepaid postage label what you need to print and attach to the returned parcel, then take the package to the Post Office and send it to us. Within the first year we will send you the free replacement for free.

If the item warranty period is over the first year you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning defective item (if we ask you to do so). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend to use www.parcel2go.com parcel delivery service.

Replacement request after the 1 year free shipping period.

You have 3 options.

1. You can return the defective item(s) to us on your own cost. If the item(s) qualifies for the warranty we will provide free replacement(s). In many cases you don’t need to return the defective items (unless we ask you to do so). In those cases go to option 2 or 3.

2. You can look around on our website https://ledlamlighting.com/shop/ and order some more LED Bulbs or Other Lighting products (we have lot to offer), so we will send a replacement along with a new order.

3. You just need to pay £2.99 shipping cost (or £5.99 for items over 2kg or 40cm size) then we will just send the free replacement(s).

REPLACEMENT

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.

If you are approved, then we will send a same replacement or equal alternative for free or if we can’t supply the item we will offer a refund.
